Little April Showers is a childhood favourite from the film "Bambi".
Normally £35.00 ONLY £29.75 in our SALE - limited stock.
Little April Showers is a childhood favourite from the film “Bambi” Frank Churchill’s clever scoring of this song describes the arrival of single rain drops (depicted by 3 bottle blowers) which increase in frequency and then develop into a full blown storm sequence.
Our 3 soloists provide storm percussion effects including bass drum, metal thunder sheet and if possible a rotating wind machine here Trombones provide wind noises (as normal?) in this middle section too.
As the storm moves away the thunder and lightning gets further apart and rumbles into the background as the sun comes out and sees the return of the bottle blowers to describe the parting rain drops.
